This exquisite villa has many upgrades, one of which is a magnificent family room with a 2 seater & 3 seater sofa with a TV (surround sound), VCR & DVD. A separate dining area with large dining table just in case mum decides to do some cooking but when all those wonderful restaurants surround you there's not much chance of that.
Living Room
An area in which to relax and unwind after you hectic day at the theme parks. There is a sofa bed also here.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge (with instant ice-making machine), Dishwasher, Crockery and Cutlery. Also, a double sink with waste disposal with breakfast table in nook and much more!!

Directions
From Orlando International Airport or Sanford
Start out going Northwest on AIRPORT EXIT toward RENTAL CAR RETURN. AIRPORT EXIT becomes AIRPORT BLVD E (North Exit). Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto FL-436 N/S SEMORAN BLVD. Take the SR-528-TOLL W ramp toward US-17/INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/US-441/US-92/TURNPIKE/I-4. Merge onto BEE LINE EXWY/FL-528 W (Portions toll). Merge onto I-4 W via the exit- on the left- toward TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD. Take the US-27 N exit- exit number 55- toward CLERMONT. Turn LEFT onto US-27 N. Make a U-TURN onto US-27 S. Turn RIGHT onto TUSCAN RIDGE DR.
