These consist of a private 13-acre lake with observation and fishing deck, swimming pool, volleyball & tennis courts and a beach. An ideal spot to relax and let the kids play. While maybe mum & dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbeque facilities.

The villa has a very large Living area which includes a Dining Area with 6 seater table and chairs, a nook with an additional dining table and four chairs. The Lounge area has two comfortable sofas in which to relax whilst looking out over your own private pool to the lake beyond. Alternatively you may watch TV, DVD or Videos or listen to music on the Hi-fi.

A formal dining area to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away), as well as a breakfast table at the opposite end of the kitchen.
