This luxurious villa, only completed in October 2003, is situated at the wonderful gated resort of Terra Verde, with resort pool & spa, clubhouse, sunning beach, volleyball area, fishing pond, children's play area, woven rope hammocks, gym, sauna house, sundry shop and cyber-cafe.

Family Room

With sliding doors over looking the pool area this tastefully decorated room is a great place to unwind after a busy day at a theme park. With plenty of seating provided. It includes a 2 seater leather sofa as well as 3 seater leather sofa so plenty of room for everyone. There is also a television with cable, DVD player with numerous films to choose from for both young and old, or if you wish you can just relax to the sounds of the American airwaves on the Hi-Fi, whilst playing one of our Family board games.

Dining Area

A formal dining area to enjoy your culinary delights. (or a take-away), as well as a breakfast bar.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal, and much more!

Directions

Take North exit from Orlando International Airport onto Bee-line Expressway (528) until you reach the I-4. Then take the I-4 towards Tampa. Continue for approx. 4 miles and come off at Junction 64a, which is the 192 East. Continue along the 192 passing Old Town (large ferris wheel and amusement rides on your right hand side). Approx. 1 mile after Old Town, you come to the junction of Poinciana Blvd. Turn right down Poinciana Blvd, heading towards Poinciana. Approx. 1 mile down the road you will arrive at Terra Verde on your left hand side. From Sanford International Airport: Same as above, just follow signs for I-4 Tampa out of the airport.
