Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated enclave of homes surrounding their own private clubhouse and recreational amenities. These consist of a private 13-acre lake with observation and fishing deck, swimming pool, volleyball & tennis courts and a beach. An ideal spot to relax and let the kids play. While maybe mum & dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbeque facilities.

Living Room

Two suites in which to relax on while enjoying all your home comforts comprising of Cable TV, Hi-fi system, VCR, numerous board games to play, or just relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool. There is a full alarm system, fax machine and safe.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge (with instant cold drinking water & ice making machine), dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, Double sink, Breakfast table in nook and much more!

From Orlando International Airport or Sanford
Take south airport exit to 417 (greeneway). Head south/west towards Disney. Exit at John Young Parkway. Go south to Highway 192 (Vine St.) and turn right. Go through 6 sets of traffic lights and then make the first left just before Medieval Times. This is Oren Brown Rd. Go about a quarter mile then turn left onto N. Roma Way. This road takes you directly into Lake Berkley Resort. After passing through the gate, stay on this road as it curves around to the left and becomes Lake Berkley Dr. Ainsdale Walk is on your right in about 500 yards. Our villa 4700 is the first house on you left, corner house.

From I4
Exit I4 at Highway 192 and head east. The sixth set of traffic lights you come to is Poinciana Blvd. Turn right. Go approx. 2 miles until you reach Oren Brown Road. Turn left. The first road you come to on the right is N. Roma Way. Turn right and follow this road that will lead you directly towards Lake Berkley Resort.
